Did You know...
On September 9th, 2014, Destiny will be the most EXPENSIVE VIDEO GAME EVER MADE. Activision and Bungie will spend approximately $500,000,000 to try to make Destiny a hit. This is almost twice the amount of money Rockstar Games spent to make GTA V, which was $265,000,000. Destiny will have to sell 15-16 million copies for $60 to break even.

The $500,000,000 isn't just for the first destiny though, there's been articles detailing that it's for marketing and development of the first and more if I'm not mistaken.
