For those of you who preordered via PSN store in US. It doesn't matter if it was the normal Destiny or Guardian Edition, you WILL be messaged, emailed, or your system will start downloading it automatically. "July 17th 10:00am PDT" that's the time they start sending out the codes and stuff. SO in the meantime just wait for your email or message and all will be well.
