It's great for everyone who doesn't mind what's going on around them in-game, but for those of us that do this is a problem. Increase the sensitivity cap, please!
This is my one complaint, and I feel it's in dire need of being addressed.
Edit: The deadzones are rather large as well.

I completely agree. My f*cking mind works faster then this sensitivity. Fix this crap.

Bumpit

Bungie please, oh please make the sensitivity higher and allow the user to control the deadzone for their controllers. Please. The sensitivity is soo low at 10 and it annoys me a lot because I can't get used to it... plus the fact that the deadzones feel MASSIVE and make it harder to control. Bungie I beg. PLEASE

Edited by Mors: 11/16/2015 1:08:24 PM+1!!BUMP!! 10 feels REALLY slow for me... up it to 15 or 20.... can't even get used to 10 porperly.. please BUNGIE notice this!!! max turn radius seems really slow at 10...
-
Its way to slow. 15 compared to 10 as it is now would do.
-
i agree, 10 is probably 1/2 of what it should be
-
I found different guns/gun types slow or increase the sensitivity. As well as your agility on your characters. But I may be wrong. But that's how it's been working with me.
-
Bumping to address this issue. When sprinting the sensitivity is very slow, then it's fine any other time. It makes it very clunky while trying to run through a building or any time one needs to go from left to right quickly while running. However, sometimes it's just as fast while sprinting. It happens for me about 10% of the time. All of a sudden the turning is fixed while running, then goes back to slow-mo after a few minutes. Anyone else notice this? I think we would all like to be able to turn quickly all of the time, not just while walking.

Plz increase the sensitivity cap it's way to slow
-
Most professional halo gamers play on 2 - 4, it has nothing to do with not knowing what's going on around you. Lower sensitivities just allow for a more steady shot. I bring up halo because Destiny game mechanics are very similar to it.
-
Also. The look speed when sprinting. I don't know why it is as slow as it is. But it sure is annoying. 10 sensitivity. Then I sprint and look around and I goes down to 2
-
Normally I'm against bumping my own post, but this is an important issue I feel needs to be looked at. With Destiny being a shooter there are two thing you do constantly: 1) shoot stuff, 2) look/aim. So why restrict the players ability to look/aim?
-
Yea feels like their are some kind of pre applied easing in going on and it does put a strain on my hands because of it
-
I felt my gameplay in the alpha and beta was best at the 8-10 setting, I usually bump my games up maybe 2-3 points above stock settings.
-
Hey! So Beta is over and were back to it. Let's draw attention to this in time for release!
-
The look sensitivity could be increased but my bigger issue is the combination of slowness and input lag for the character movement. In other words the left stick on Xbox one

Edited by Dark_TITAN1: 7/30/2014 11:14:27 PMI play on setting 2 and It works just fine. Check my stats out if you want to. Im number 42 in the world stats on DESTINYTRACKER.COM
-
I completely agree, the beta was amazing, but the sensitivity is too slow.
-
You play max sensitivity on cod? Lol This is more like halo than cod. Try playing halo reach or halo 3 and getting used to that. Maybe it will help.
-
+1000!!
-
I'm not saying change it altogether and read forums where people enjoy the current setup. Hopefully it can be a separate option which will appeal to a wider market. A lot of my friends won't play Bf4 because of the feel and rather play cod. Both are kak but give us the option for the feel of our individual requirements to love this game!
-
There is an odd feel though isn't there? When you look left or right it moves slow at first then speeds up. The only thing I enjoyed about cod was the responsiveness on the remote control leaving the slow look up to how we move the remotes stick. You run around a corner and try melee a bot and by the time you see the bot hes running away already. PS4
