My skills just stopped leveling part way through some of them. Has this happened to anyone else?!?

I've almost unlocked all of mine. Working on the last three one by one. It seems like you need a gazillion xp though to get there :)

We are capped at unlocking 14 skills. Sucks, wish they would have told us before hand :/
