Why do Warlocks hate Hunters?
So, I'm playing Destiny as a Warlock and I noticed that some of my gear had very 'anti-hunter' descriptions. One said something along the lines of Hunters not being able to shoot straight and other said Warlocks will never 'cede their position' to the Hunters. Anyone know why there's bad blood between the two, or if there's tension between all the classes, or did I just pick a class that happens to be really pissy?
EDIT: So there is some tension between each of the classes. The shit talk mainly goes on between the Warlocks and Huntards. The Huntards and Titans also have a few jabs at each other. Titans and Warlocks seem to get along.

Idk why ppl hate hunters. 9/10 times as the Hunter I'm also the medic for the team. When all or some go down. It's up to me to go invis and save them. That works well for the team, not running and hiding like most ppl say. Hiding yes but to save the team.

I think it goes down to personality. Like my two friends that are hunters annoy the crap out of me, always arguing about some random thing. My titian friends are completely chill and tend to played layed back. Warlocks are a mix of the two but have their own different spin

24 RepliesI find that hunters are loners, focusing on only themselves. They offer nothing to their teammates in combat besides bullets and grenades. Not to mention stats that prevent them from fighting on the front line with warlocks and titans, or at least not as well. Titans though, have the bubble which provides a safe place for allies and gives armor and damage boosts. Warlocks have song of light, which reduces ability cooldowns for allies nearby, while using radiance. Warlocks also make a lot of orbs for allies. This is why warlocks and titans work together well i think.

I have all 3.. and I'm honestly dissapointed with the warlocks. I don't like it too much. That may be why. But I can also say that, if you play a warlock first character and haven't made any other classes.. when you do.. its gonna be MUCH easier to play other classes.

Typically a warlock can just as easily take down a hunter as a hunter can take down a warlock, but some people (many, people) think that a hunter is an overpowered class due to its balance of recovery, armor, and agility. many think that most people that play as hunters do it for ease, but the classes always have their drawbacks, so there's a weakness to hunters. Some just think trying to get the developers to make hunters weaker [i]is[/i] their weakness. That's why hunters/warlocks feud. Based off of a select fews opinions.

3 RepliesI don't get why everyone says Titans are so neutral. Whenever I see Hunter hate it is 90% of the time produced or backed up by a Titan. I have never seen a Titan or a Warlock stand up for a Hunter. Oh well, I guess hatred is the price of being a lone wolf.

Hunters say that glide is "floofing about", also they stole blink form the warlocks. And warlocks wear dresses.

Hunters are disrespectful to warlocks never paying attention the hunters have learne a lot from warlocks but not the way warlocks want I personally have no quarrel with hunters I feel like only a hunter could keep up with my voidwalker in the crucible but I have bad history with Titans dieing at the start of game
