Cantina Bar
I feel as though the bar at the hanger could become a place to chat to others in the bar, along with maybe some recruitment for missions. Also there could be a bartender that sells consumable items.

Don't forget loads of bar flies. Also put up flophouses next to the bar for some erotic action.
