That's not wat he ment. He ment their abilities do more spell like actions and the warlock does more damage with those instead of guns. A warlock grenade can kill very efficiently and the melee skill does more damage both of which are skills but hunters are based more on precision and reload speed. I assume titans are more armor and strength based.
