So, little by little they are leading me to believe we are going to be able to keep something from this beta.
I'm a domesticated man so I don't have all the time in the world to play although I wish I did. I am hoping with the announcement today that ANYONE can try the game without needing a linked account or beta code we are going to be able to keep our beta characters!
I'm sitting next to my wife watching honey boo boo, watching my dog chew on a big ass raw hide I can't but cross my fingers in hopes that we get to keep them. For people like me who have more to life than work and hobbies ( you lucky -blam!-s lol) it would be a god send to keep all the progress I have made.
Anyone else in my boat? I know we would want to keep them either way no matter how situation but is there anyone here with the obligation like myself ?

I'm very attached to mine already, I think everyone playing is. It would be a good move by Bungie to let everyone keep their characters so people on the fence would feel more compelled to buy the title at launch. Players that are already in will buy the game with or without a transfer. Either way it's been an amazing alpha and beta experience. I had more fun with destiny so far than any other recent full title game I can remember.

With the new home purchase I made, it would be excellent if we got to keep our characters from the Beta, that would give me a nice little headstart into launch. I am keeping my fingers crossed but not holding my breath. Also, you missed out on an amazing night of PVP.
