Vulture error code

I have completed the intro section and now wont let me play with the error code vulture. I have checked and my xbox live account is active and I am connected to the net.

What you guys have to do is load up another game (battlefield 4, titanfall, etc.) Then exit out of that game then go back to the beta and it should work.
