Where is my buzz cut or hell at least a fade, it's clear Bungie didn't have black people in mind when making hair styles.
Edit 1: people are defending obvious neglect and racism.
Edit 2: I hope Bungie see this and adds more black hair styles.
-
Hair is fine, when I made a blackguard I just made him bald, it suited him. i have noticed though a lot of faces on destiny a shaped like black people, big nose/lips, etc. i liked it.

Edited by MacEmge: 7/29/2014 4:00:56 AMYou are being WAY too fast to jump to conclusions by saying Bungie is racist. It's kind of like biting the hand that feeds you; if it weren't for Bungie, you wouldn't be able to customize your guardian and thus you wouldn't be insulting them about their games and ethics. It IS a beta, and it's good to suggest additions such as other hairstyles, but calling them racist because of non-included content is too far (Btw, there was a buzz...). If they were racist, it obviously isn't obvious.
-
A) There is a buzz cut, you mug. B) To suggest a hairstyle belongs to any one racial group, black or otherwise, is straight up racial stereotyping. You racist mug. Unbelievable
-
Weren't there dreadlocs in the beta? I could have sworn I saw that style. And there was a fro. Pretty sure I saw one of those as well.. sidenote: I have dreads, I am mixed. So please, no "das racists!" replies
-
girl what are you doing ? I can understand anime but this ? what is the point in making a ridiculous thread like this , thought you didn't want to come off as a troll.
-
Irrelevant! We all know it's all weave, we're not that gullible
-
Isn't it a fact that all black people should have Afros, and they have those in the game.
-
Woe Nellie everyone no black hair, cancel your pre order and file complaints, arguably the worst decision a game developer has made in history
-
Edited by Skella : 7/29/2014 1:51:19 AMYou just want a space afro.
-
I don't like how there really isn't that many customization options.
-
obvious troll is obvious
-
it was the beta.
-
This is why racism will not die. U r a racist.
-
So your complaint is that you're a tad bit racist and Bungie. . . isn't?
-
Make a female and go to town with those dreadlocks
-
Its clear that bungie doesn't have bearded people in mind
-
Are you saying that all black people have those hair styles or that only black people can have those hairstyles. Both are very racist.

-
"People are defending obvious neglect and racism" You lost me. That's like saying a movie is racist because there weren't any black people cast; I hate that people actually think this way. Maybe they just don't want a plain buzzcut hairstyle in the game? The fact that you describe those hairstyles as "black" is racist, and they aren't even black hairstyles, it's literally just short cut hair.
-
Most of the time your guardian wears a helmet anyway...
-
I don't blame ya for asking for those but I plan on playing mostly exo so it doesn't really bother me
-
I think it's pretty racist to assume that a black man wouldn't want their character to have silky smooth beiber hair.
-
It's a good day for fishing eh?
-
Maybe it's because our person is from Russia as that is where our ghost revived us. There aren't a whole lot of black people is Russia I don't think
-
I wholeheartedly agree with you but Bungie's not racist. they could have just looked at 2k but that would be a bad example. But from a design standpoint I don't think dreads or a -blam!-ing edge up would of took somebody more than a day to do.
