Assassinations

Is there any word on assassinations in this game? I know they weren't present in the alpha. Because seriously, it was like the main reason I played Halo Reach and Halo 4.

In my opinion, If a melee is delivered to the back of an enemy, it should be an insta-kill/assassination.
