No Digital Exclusive for Ghost Edition?
Is anyone else surprised by this? I like the look of the case and Ghost, but I was expecting an exclusive class bond. We got a ghost shell but limited gets that as well.
Especially since in Reach you got a flaming head. I don't see it as "that guy spent lots of money" but "that guy had the opportunity to support the developer and they did".
It's not that big of a deal though, the ghost is awesome. I just think the Ghost Edition is truly limited and would help make people who bought it feel more love from Bungie.

2 RepliesWell When I bought it, I was thinking Destiny will be -THE GAME- I play for Years to come.. I was also thinking that I'm not a huge gamer, and I don't have any fun gamey toyz on my desk. Actually Zero. So DinkleBot will have a place above my monitors. My only regret was that it wasn't WiFi connected to Bungie Servers to Update it's Sly Slurs. It would have been great for it to announce Destiny news when you walked by... maybe DinkleBot could tell you if there was a big mission coming up or something.. Anyway. It's just a dust collector..

Its pretty fair when you think about it for completionists that dont want the toy. Getting the ghost was personal for me. No need to brag about it with a special sparrow or whatever. The only time I'd agree is when someone forks over 5 + for a limited console. I mean you should get a code for a BJ for that much dough!

Nah i went on purpose for the digital guardian edition that will give all the same goodies to use ''ingame'' that the physical editions would give, Only left out on the casing ghost and that other physical stuff, While the ghost would have been nice the game itself will take all the time and the poor Ghost would only gather dust :(

Because the rest of you couldn't afford to.... Maybe by tier they should have made a specific Digital Guardian, Limited, and Ghost Edition class items and sparrow, outside of that yeahhhhhhno... I dunno.. but to me putting more love into the people who had the money to support it so soon instead of all people who contributed is kind of harsh.. Maybe a donation system that caps off at Ghost Edition specs...

I kinda agree I mean that thing is expensive 50 bucks more and all extra it has was a toy and some postcard pictures or something. Like u said not a big deal though its still pretty awesome!

I guess you could always eBay off the Ghost edition and go for digital deluxe? [If PS4/3... don't see that option for Xbox yet.] The prices on eBay... wow. Buy it nows seemed to be going for at least 200% retail.
