My body is ready for a settings option to remove those pesky damage numbers that are only useful for the first 2 minutes of using a weapon. I understand they are mostly there to assist the player where to shoot things (like the "Walker" knees and neck) but, perhaps many others share my opinion that this should be hide-able.

Couldn't agree more. Love the suggestion. That is the only thing I don't like about Destiny. It's a minor issue and definately does not detract from the game, but I really don't like the numbers popping up!

The option to turn off the ui would be great for creative projects. I'd love to put together some landscape montages.

Yes please make options to modify the HUD. I want to hide the minimap. I hate minimaps. And yes let us decide, what we want to see. HealthBar DamagePoints MiniMap Thanks!

It really detracts from the experience for me. So much detail in the game in a serious nature but the numbers seem a contradiction to that essence. Of course, the settings for damage numbers and enemy health bar should be two separate options. The only problem that would remain, is not knowing if the enemy you're against is receiving damage.. But that adds to the essence of immersion and danger imo. Perhaps a 'ricochet' bullet noise would resolve that issue, including hitting parts of the enemy that are armoured or not critical/weak points. This, so far, is the ONLY qualm i have with the game. make it an option, make everyone happy. Thank you Bungie!

would be nice if the option was available...i agree
