Turtle Beach XO-Seven And Destiny Causing Echos
One thing I didn't like about the beta was when I was in a fireteam with friends I found their voices were echoing like they were in a big metal tank.
Anyone else have this problem, and did anyone find an answer?

The game defaults to outputting chat thru both headset and speakers. Your headset is both headset and speakers so you're getting everything twice. Shut off the speaker output and your good to go.
