It's been a while since I've heard anything about abortion, the subject kinda drifted by in the wake of more controversial topics. I'd like to see the opinions you guys have towards abortion, now that the issue isn't at the forefront of our minds.

I wish those against it had been aborted. No not really... On a serious note I'm okay for abortion before viability, which some of you will find yourself agreeing that viability is just before nine months. Some would argue that babies have survived at 24 weeks instead of 37, so six months. I think that's fair, even if most babies that survive birth at six months die earlier, live worse lives, crippled, etc. That being I said, I don't care if it's r@pe, stupid kids, accidental (stupid adults), or the failure of birth control, or the inability to take care of the kid. They all should have the right to abort that child. Pregnancy is not free, it is financially, emotionally, and physically damaging if not crippling and you say toughen up? That is just ignorant. I always think about what happens if she gets pregnant? Just -blam!- my life? Yeah, I have the option of living a decent life still but -blam!- let's ruin it anyway. A fetus isn't a person. If the baby can't survive outside of the womb, I'd even accept five months instead of six because of the variability of viability, and then it should be able to be aborted.
