It's been a while since I've heard anything about abortion, the subject kinda drifted by in the wake of more controversial topics. I'd like to see the opinions you guys have towards abortion, now that the issue isn't at the forefront of our minds.

Edited by Jphn_33: 8/2/2014 5:53:43 AMITT: A lot of people assume that women always have the choice to be pregnant. I'm going to hide this next stuff under a spoiler to hide the clutter, so feel free to read if you so choose.
Like others said, it is a complex issue that has multiple factors involved. But for the interest of the people, a woman should have a choice. Raep happens, as do accidental pregnancies. Decisions change, savings change, health issues, life issues... It is simply easier in the end to give the choice to the woman. That being said, we should not be able to abort when the baby can live detached from the mother. (No idea what the time is). Yes, a fetus is a bundle of cells, just like bacteria. But bacteria can act independently, without relying completely on another organism.
TL;DR Abortion is a good option to be able to have.
