Where does it say that ? I'v read it all and i can't recall that being mentioned.

I dont remember to be honest i think it was one of the questions some1 asked and Deej kinda answered, the beta was old code for the game not what will be shipped, Bungie has never carried over stuff in any of there other Beta's either.
