1. drowning
so we have the ability for space flight, yet our amour cant keep us alive if our head goes under the water...
2. the invisible wall
the invisible wall... "if you can see it you can go there" turns out to be less then true for the beta as i was often barraged with invisible walls/ ceilings, or stopped by the "turn back now" screen
3. validity of "earn your loot"
the "earn your loot" phrase seems to have blown up, however in the beta this statement would appear to be false. lets start with loot drops these from what i could tell were near 100% random, i even did a little bit of a test because i noticed that sometimes in battle a creature i didnt even shoot would drop loot for me. so for about 30 minutes i walked the field just standing in battles and doing nothing to help, and for that 30 minutes loot still dropped for me.
next would be the crucible. i cant find one person that can tell me how the loot in that thing works. you can be the worst player on the loosing team and still get some pretty good gear.
4. A.I.
i understand that we were only on the lower levels of the game but i still found the A.I. lacking in intelligence. im hoping for some actually struggle with them later on in the game. i want to see them try and cut us off from reviving our fallen comrades, i want to see flanking manoeuvers and other strategy. i want to be kept on my toes instead of just shooting at mindless bullet sponges.
5. socialization
im found that for a game that is supposed to be social there was there was no real social interface... i mean sure you could awkwardly dance in utter silence with each other but lets face it, theres more feeling of social interaction on cod when that 12 year old is telling you all about how slept with your mother. funny thing is this could easily be fixed with a proximity chat. people on psn had their party chat thats fine but on xbone party chat did not work with the game.
The beta was amazing dont get me wrong, and i am looking forward more then ever to the day i actually get to play the full thing, these are just points that caught my attention and could use improvement

Definitely some nice points and made constructively, not just whining like so many posts I've checked out. As far as the water/invisible walls, I don't know why they didn't already just put in there "The Darkness is too powerful in this area, turn back", as the permeating Darkness is the perfect cover story for blocking off anywhere you can't go yet. What would be awesome is if they made it so we had some kind of group community events where we had to kill so many millions of certain creatures that were connected to the darkness when they do minor updates to add new areas/sections, so that the community has a sense of 'earning' the new content. I know many weren't fans of ME 3, but I enjoyed it, and the multiplayer in that did some interesting community events, that if you succeeded/failed it would change things for the following week/weeks til the next event. Altering things like the percentage of types of enemies in certain areas/missions. Would be awesome to see things like... damn, just realized I'm ranting and going off topic. Sorry I'm a train of thought/typing person. As far as the loot thing, were things dropping just because you were in proximity, or were you in a fireteam, and since you were part of that, it maybe counted kills by any of your teammates as if you were doing it too? As far as the pvp part goes, maybe it keeps track of your success through multiple sessions and eventually rewards you? While someone great at pvp increases their chance for loot drops an gets an item every 3rd match, maybe even bad players would still get one on their tenth match just for contributing? Just an idea... I'm betting the AI will be far better in the higher levels of difficulty, and I agree with some of the other posters that have already left comments, that the AI already does some clever things, and more realistically looks for you, instead of just you having a mystical bullseye on your head that sends out signals so the AI is always mowing you down. But I guess we'll see soon enough (but not soon enough in my opinion..haha) And about the socialization I agree it would be awesome if there is more interactivity (and I really think the full game will have far more available), as long as it is optional. Some people will not like the proxy chat, and such, so hopefully there is a disable/mute option for those that want it.
