"The Reef" is in third person, yes? What happened to "Seven Seraphs"? Are they now like Osiris (not a city faction, but still has faction like rewards and methods of obtaining)? What is your favorite faction and why Can you nerf August? Its so bad it makes Destiny unplayable. The beta character creation options offered enough to make everyone a snowflake, but not enough to do what I truly desired. Will more options be available at release (I mean, come on, muh beards!), or will we need to wait for future installments? I heard Bungie Studios consumed more then 20,000 pounds of pizza, 24,000 gallons of soda and more then half a ton of bananas during the entire development of Halo 3. Can we expect such devotion to pizza shortages in the greater Bellevue area, a rise in videogame developer diabetes, and sad, bananaless monkey men? Will Multiplayer feature any "dynamic map elements" (Example: Water drains from an area of the map, revealing a new pathway)? Why is a raven like a writing desk? I know Bungie wants most of the lore to be in the background (nice work with grimoire), but the beta's teaser item's flavour text was dropping names left and right (or since you guys have been vocal about verticality being priority, "up and down"). Will we recieve more in-game knowledge about these warriors who seem to have already "Become Legend"? One trailer showed a fireteam walking in the shipyard towards the traveler, can we still go down there, or am I not cool enough? How big is the Traveler? Please use banana for scale. Do you think NASA actually invented thunder to cover up the existence of early space magic? Why are there no TV's in Destiny? What kinds of ads would play if there was? (I'm guessing "Help! I've Fallen and I can't get up.") What kind of benefits does being a Gaurdian provide? I need medical because I run high risk for tetanus spending so much time in Old Russia How much purple could a Purple Orb purple if a Purple Orb could purple purple? Are you team Purple Orb or Soccer Ball? Where is the Wizard that came from the moon line now? Is it next to where the e3 team should have known what to do with their hands? Did you bring me back any German Chocolate from Gamescon? Have we seen anything yet? Can we get a closer picture of the Queen of the Reef? Can I see that Hawkmoon teaser photo shown at the Sony Conference? Are you bringing anything to show off at PAX Prime? Is D-bagging (Dancing) confirmed as the new T-bagging? Whats going to happen to humpday?

Edited by Qwerty: 8/3/2014 9:19:01 PM
When the darkness arrived there was mass panic. Many humans fled to the ends of the world in an effort to escape this perilous fate. Those that fled returned different. These things, these "Awoken", realize that the world is greater then merely 'Dark' and 'Light'. A few Awoken went back to Earth, ready to stop fleeing, the others settled in an Asteroid belt located behind Mars, harboring a hatred for the Earth dwellers (especially Earth Awoken). The Reef Awoken are now ruled by a relentless and powerful Queen who provides safety and unity to survive these dark times. What is "The Reef"? The Reef is a more hostile social hub that operates very similarly to the tower. The camera is third person, but your helmet will remain on. What can I do there? You have some important things to accomplish when you visit the depths of the Reef: -Accept Bounties to earn the Queen's favour. Bounties will largely consist of killing the Queen's many enemies (Example: "Kill Rixis ArchonSlayer") -The Awoken are the gatekeepers to a lot of arcane knowledge, you'll need the Queen's favour to reach the Black Garden -The Reef features a "psuedo-faction" that operates just like the City factions. You wield a class item to earn XP, then spend the XP on exclusive weapons, gear, emblems, and shaders. All of these rewards are purple and feature the Crown of the Queen. Qwerty Notes: This is my favorte area. The deep purples are great, Awoken are my favorite species, and the Queen is an interesting character. "The Crow" is the Queen's right hand man, and he was featured in 2013 Trailer saying "Why is the city breathing down my neck?"

The Seven Seraphs seem to be an ex-faction. Little is known about them now, but there are two things to note. Seraphim Cave is the name of the place that we found in the beta and believe it to be the holding area of Rusputin. What are Seraphim? Seraphim are six winged, fiery angels that mean "burning one" in Hebrew. They circle God's throne singing "Holy, Holy, Holy!" and they covered God so he didn't burn peoples eyes and what not. There were SEVEN SERAPHS covering God; two for the arms, two for the legs, two for flying, and one for the head. Qwerty Notes: -The Seraphs seem to play a role in the story as oppose to the factions or Osiris. -I believe there is Seven Warminds (warminds are artificial AI), so that may play a role. This is unlikely given that Rasputin is the only Warmind left. -The Seraphs, whoever they are, are there to "protect" a "God". The "God" role is either the Traveler or Rasputin.

Osiris is a reclusive old man living on Mercury. He is the only thing in Mercury that we know of. Osiris searches for veteran players and invites them to attempt his challenges. Welcome to the Trials of Osiris. What is the Trials of Osiris: The ToO is a multiplayer playlist that features playlist exclusive bounties and rewards (The Fate of all Fools Scout Rifle is one such reward). Two fireteams (3v3) are pitted against one another. It is unknown whether level scales or if it operates like the Iron Banner. How to get into the Trials of Osiris: -Be Level 20 -Recieve and invite from Lord Shaxx the Crucible Quartermaster Qwerty Notes: This is essentially a "try hard" skirmish gamemode, which sounds like great fun.
