Just Got Fallout New Vegas, AMA
Im a young child, so I just got Fallout New Vegas. I played Skyrim so I bet I will be able to set in quickly.

1 ReplyFallout 3 is legendary however gameplay and story are better in new Vegas. However, the fallout 3 environment is superior. It is a push as both of these games lie close to my heart.

Ahh Fallout NV... Unfinished, buggy, overly balanced Fallout NV... Enjoy! When you get bored of it, trade in for Fallout 3 & have some REAL fun ;)

Just because you played Skyrim doesn't mean you'll be able to set in quickly, as Skyrim is not as in depth in RPG and survival elements as the Fallout series is. Also New Vegas is superior to 3 in the fact that it has more survival elements, and you can play the game however you want. Whereas in 3, you are forced to join the BoS.

Explore every nook and cranny and save constantly. Speech and Repair are the most important. Dont go make any world altering decisions early on(you may regret it later) not until youve really figured out who you like and discovered most places. Have fun! Fallout 3 and New Vegas are some of my favorite games ever.
