Yes pc is more powerful, but also more expensive
Yeah, but you would be getting your money's worth in terms of hardware, not to mention the levels of versatility a PC gives you that a console can't even begin to compete with.
You have to check the system requirements and upgrade if needed.
But at least the option to upgrade is there. You are stuck with the same box, for potentially 10 yrs... I understand that I am in the same boat with my X1, but I'm not the one going on about justifying my purchase based around hardware specs.
Out of curiosity, how familiar are you with PC's? I've been playing on them for over 15 years, and building them for around 5. I hope you're not one of those console players who wants to share his opinions on PC's, when they know nothing about them.

Edited by VoltaOne: 8/5/2014 5:13:11 PMI rather have my console be relevant for 10 years without any upgrades than be constantly upgrading my pc, to which I already invested $1000. And yes, pc is way more versatile than a console. To be honest I don't even compare them cause of it. Pc's belong in their own realm. Well I'm building my own pc just need the gpu and graphics card and I use to play the original dota before my power supply scrapped out on my old pc. Does that make me qualified?

I just built my new rig like 2 yrs. ago, and the rig I have before that went 6 yrs. without an upgrade.
