Dont see a need for a pet & we already get sparrows so no need for other mounts.

A jetpack or a hover mini tank/ buggie for fire team. As far as pet the owl from Killzone or something similar to death trap from Borderlands.

Already have the sparrow for a mount, It's more then enough, A pet in Destiny? it would ruin the game, I mean i wake up far in the future where humanity is almost extinct i get special powers and i run on earth and other planets with hungry aliens and with all that i have a pet besides me? Well yes we do have something that is our 'companion' the GHOST!
