First and foremost ,,,,,,, why is there a fallen in the picture? Are they in some sort of allegiance? or is that one tamed?

There are multiple fallen houses that operate seperately. Some (most) fallen hate you, but not all have to. These blue Fallen are likely allied with the Reef. I don't know about you, but the Reef intrigues me the most.

Might be cheesy, but I really hope there is an awoken subplot that delves deeper than the normal campaign if you are specifically running an Awoken Guardian
