Please understand i'm not writing this in anger, I just really want a fair solution.
Will people be giving warnings and maybe (lightly) punished for Rage Quitting or Bad behavior?
I have the biggest respect for Bungie ever since the option to quit a game in Halo 3 read as
'' Yes I'm a quitter, Penalize me. ''
This always encouraged me to fight to the end even if my whole team left. I didn't experience this much during the Beta and I still think that the idea of people joining mid game doesn't solve / fix the problem people leaving.
I'm sure people remember or are aware of a fair system for people getting 4 light warnings when leaving. Then warnings shortly banning you from PVP
i.e. 5th warning - 10 min ban, 6th warning - 20 min ban 7th warning - 40 min so on and so on.
I think giving enough time people would understand and it could stamp out Rage quitting.
I hope i'm not the only one that thinks this is a fair solution so that it doesn't slow down game play.
Honestly I can't remember the last time I had a good game with not one person leaving.

I like Halo's "timeout" for being a punk. I also like that thoughout the lifespan of Halo Reach I had absolutely no urge to leave a match. The only time I ever left was because I had to leave, not because I raged. Destiny has a somewhat more rage quit atmosphere, but it won't be as big a problem as Call of Duty.

I really hope Destiny is not that bad and would really think it would be fair to have the timeout. I didn't play that much of COD but like yourself I played a lot of Halo Reach. Cheers man glad to know I'm not the only one that can finish the fight and leaves when it's necessary not cause your team is losing.
