I'm still going to buy every Destiny game, don't you worry.
Just because it isn't an explorable area, doesn't mean there can't be story missions or strikes or raids in those areas. DeeJ also confirmed that each multiplayer map is based off of PvE, sooo.

Yup, it all comes down to when. Areas take a while to make, so we will seen when they become explorable areas. I really want to explore the Twilight Gap, the first location humanity met the Cabal (right outside the city!)

Nah, what I'm saying is there's a possibility that they'll be available at launch, just not explorable. There could be story missions or strikes available there.
