That... thing doesn't do anything? Games have evolved since CS 1.6, hipfire accuracy is all over the place. There is always (well, ok, most of the time) also some sort of crosshairs available, and if you can't see where the middle point is, then I guess go ahead and spend money on this. It's your wasted money...
