Nope. Accepting one outside "Cheat" is accepting all cheating. Buying things to give you an advantage without hacking the game is pretty much like saying, a baseball player can play with a cybernetic super arm. Next thing you'll know they will twist your words so that Rapid fire triggers will become an acceptable thing.
