Never mind. I remember the quote he said in a gameinfromer mag we hired people who hated Halo or something like that.

HE said they hired people who hated certain aspects of Halo; everyone there is a huge fan, but they all had their own opinions on what was and wasn't good. Which really may have been the problem given that there was never any unified ideal at 343i during Halo 4's dev cycle. Now there is.
