Unknown about facial hair, I think it got cut the same time as tigerman (look at the concepts). Explore will be quite large. They say each Destination is larger then Halo Reach, but I am thinking that is a slight exaggeration. Rest assured, they need plenty of room to fit the 32 or more missions we already know of(datamined number).
