A stasis chamber which manipulates slipspace in order to either halt or accelerate time - like a scaled-down Forerunner slipspace bubble, which is used for things like the slipspace field pods that Team Katana is put into in Ghosts of Onyx, or the original Halos being able to lock portions of themselves into pockets of slipspace as we learn from Primordium.
