As someone who has a brother and a mother working in real estate, you'll only get a house like that, that cheap if you're looking to move into a war zone or Chernobyl.

Get rekt Just signed on a 112500 foreclosure, thats bigger than that, and in a historical neighborhood, im buying a place super cheap that needs the work, since i can rehab almost everything myself, you -blam!-ing pleb.
