Unknown. There were two reasons people thought there were swords for a while: The Titan's Nightstick and the Mailsack story. The moon trailer featured a titan with a Police Baton on his thigh. We now know this is purely an aesthetic choice that appears on one of the two titan legs versions on all factions. The other thing that confused people was an early build description of a developer "running out of everything on the moon, picking up a sword, and killing all of them". This may have been pre-alpha only ideas, or it will be a suprise. I'm pretty sure DeeJ confirmed all weapon types were in the beta, though.
