actually this is what I was talking about clearly a warlock but wielding a hunter knife

That's pre alpha footage. back before each class had it's own unique weapon. We haven't heard about any melee weapons since pre alpha so i think it was just an early idea that was scrapped.

I think it was early in development that most people had the knife I am pretty sure the warlock in the old e3 sneak peak used the hunters knife, so maybe at one point they all had just one type of melee
