There are Awoken, earthborn or otherwise, that dwell in the Last City, and they are on our side. The Awoken in the Reef are a different story. They're neutral, indifferent, perhaps even unconcerned about anything but themselves. Yes. She is the Queen of the Reef. Maybe.
