You will run into all sorts of situations that are going to require certain skills big time. Maybe there is one or 2 sub classes you can do with out, but definitely will want 2 of each class. Conducting raids, I already raid, not Destiny obviously. But, in general, its alot of prep. Get everyone together. Make sure you have everything in order, and clear your schedule, For The Rest Of The Day. First run through will take a very long time. Im going to give myself a full 24 hours at the outset of the raid to finish it. Which is overkill im sure. But in other games ive raided, it can certainly hit 20 hours a play through. Bungie has stated that once you have broken through the raid a few times you should be able to complete it with a good group in 3-4 hours. But the irst time through, is going to be hell,.
