What Was Your Crowning Beta Achievement?
What was your proudest moment from the Beta?
Also; what was the worst/most frustrating thing to happen to you?
I'd love to hear some of your best/worse experiences.
I'd have to say my proudest moment was soloing the Devil's Lair Strike on Hard difficulty, with no deaths.

[spoiler]Did you know you can shoot off the Devilwalker's missile pod? (The one that launches a salvo of glowing blue missiles)
It makes the fight considerably easier.[/spoiler]
The moment that aggravated me the [i]most[/i] was when I consistently did better than the rest of my team during an Iron Banner event, but was never rewarded any of the Iron Banner Legendaries.

Greatest Achievement: being able to go through the Devil's Lair from start to finish with out being disconnected from Bungie's server and being sent back into orbit. Greatest Annoyance: repeatedly trying the Devil's Lair mission and constantly being sent back into orbit before I could finish it. The people I was playing with probably think I'm a dick for quitting on them when it wasn't my fault.

1 ReplyI had set the goal of hitting 800 grimoire or more before the end of the Beta and met that within hours of the servers going offline. So that was pretty sweet timing. Frustrating was going 28 - 1 in Iron Banner and seeing some BLOWHARD that I carried get the legendary ship!! But what are you gonna do lol

My best achievement would be with omly moments to spare and having thought I would never do it in time finally gaining the much needed 1st place win I needed to get a iron/warlock bond from the iron banner. I was fist pumping for ages.

My second best moment was when I got first in the crucible with only 15 kills lol

3 randoms and I just standing at a hive spawn point and we must of killed a few hundred before we got bored and left. They just wouldn't stop spawning, was about 3 seconds before they popped up again. Ah the sweet sweet loot that day :)

Probably my best moment was taking a control point while simultaneously defending off 5 different players trying to stop me... By myself! That was a pretty cool moment.

Reached level 3 Vanguard to get the rare sparrows only to find out that you can only earn 100 marks per week and I couldn't buy them. I got an exotic scout rifle as a reward but it being a level 20 made it useless and nothing special.
