What Was Your Crowning Beta Achievement?
What was your proudest moment from the Beta?
Also; what was the worst/most frustrating thing to happen to you?
I'd love to hear some of your best/worse experiences.
I'd have to say my proudest moment was soloing the Devil's Lair Strike on Hard difficulty, with no deaths.

[spoiler]Did you know you can shoot off the Devilwalker's missile pod? (The one that launches a salvo of glowing blue missiles)
It makes the fight considerably easier.[/spoiler]
The moment that aggravated me the [i]most[/i] was when I consistently did better than the rest of my team during an Iron Banner event, but was never rewarded any of the Iron Banner Legendaries.

7 RepliesProudest moment started before I even started playing the beta, the beta was available to play for me at 2pm that day, but i worked till 5pm. I get home and my girlfriend has it downloaded and ready to play, but what really makes me happy is when I see I have about 17 messages that all read "PLAY DESTINY" from the members of my Clan. That feeling was amazing. In game I would have to say, having a 9 game winning streak with my fellow clan mates. Worst, either being surprised by a hollowed knight while exploring random caves and what not. Or joining a group of randoms in the strike and doing all the footwork.

Felt proud I was able to do that! That cave has a secret entrance to the rocket yard. So it's nice! Worst moment: Getting stuck in the aforementioned cave for like 20 respawns until it spawned me outside of the cave. Edit: Another crowning Achievement: In the Iron Banner just wiping the floor with everyone. Nay have been unfair to them, but boy did I enjoy that Kill streak!

2 RepliesBest moment...After MANY MANY times of getting thrown into matchmaking for the strike...Getting a group of 2 other people who knew what they were doing and no one downed... To carry onto that...This is why I like that Raid is not MM...Because the amount of times I spent going through a strike trying to carry two others was hard enough... The fact I found 2 good people was astonishing. It would have probably taken weeks to find that same experience... Raid does not need MM because it will ruin your raid experience.... Worst moment...Constanly getting stuck with two morons on strikes.

Fleeing on my sparrow from a pursuing interceptor and pike. Sparrow blew up, I went flying, and landed with my Titan super destroying them both and walking away like it was no big deal. And splattering someone with a sparrow!

A seven-kill streak in the iron banner using only a handcannon XD Most frustrating was grinding glimmer for the cryptarch only to get almost nothing

That awesome moment when you take down an interceptor with your primary weapon or melee a person out of their vehicle. Super satisfying. Most frustrating part was bring stuck inside the moon because I got lost lol. It wasn't so much as frustrating as like a "damn I really don't wanna go to orbit, because I'm lost..." moment.

1 ReplyMy proudest moment from the beta was breaking into Bunker RAS-2 and Seraphim Vault with my friends. Seeing what was not meant to be seen. Also, visually broke the game by breaking into another "bunker" door in The Grottos. Can upload a photo later.

Being a one man crucible team. Everyone dropped out within the first two minutes and no one joined till the last 2. I got stomped, but the kills I got were so satisfying.

Getting a K/D of 14.5 in a match, that was my best in the Crucible.

Getting 16 kills in a Crucible match (I was averaging 7, sadly), and soloing the Devil Walker in the Old Russia explorable map (the door behind it was locked so I could not continue to fight the others).

Playing as a titan and having the whole team go to flag B and me supering all of them for a 6 kills and a winning game by about 50 points. boo yah. My friends had that "OHHHH SHIT!!!" moment. It was great.

2 RepliesGetting inside the Shrieker cave, then all the way back to the Devil Walker and taking it down by myself. All the times I got instakilled before I successfully got in the Shrieker cave.

My crowning beta achievement was getting not one, but two splatters with my Sparrow in PVP. It was awesome both times. I didn't have any super depressing moments... but I guess my worst was going into Devils Lair, having one person drop out, and having the other guy be... just awful. I had to drop out, we were going so slow.
