Yes, you will have access to "shaders" destiny's color pallet.

In a way. A few guns could change color by upgrades. However we did see this in a BETA so it could change.

Don't quote me but from the shaders that I saw in the BETA (emphasis on beta), there were only shaders available for armour

Some guns were colored too, im pretty sure we can use them on weapons. Bungie might just be keeping tightlipped i could be wrong, after all it was a BETA

Yea possibly. I did notice some guns had upgrades that change colors of the guns so maybe those will just combine with shaders
