Lol If you read from the xbox policy (available on xbox.com) it states that every xbox one game must be available for sale digitally. GameStop is selling currency as a means to secure sales. I am not saying that you can purchase a digital copy of Destiny. I am saying that this is not technically a pre-order of Destiny. If you look closely, you will notice that the "digital copy" they have for pre-order is the only version of Destiny that doesn't have the pre-order bonus. That is because they aren't selling the game just currency. They don't know if the digital copy will have that. There is a reason that other main stream stores don't sell this "digital copy" because it is just a marketing ploy to garner sales. Sheesh - chill out.
