DeeJ said it our right. At exactly 12 am PST ( meaning adjust to what your local time will be at 12 am PST ) the servers will go live. You can get that game when ever the retailers give Destiny out. BUT Until its 12am on the dot California time NO ONE is logging into Destiny till then, no matter where you live in the world.
Example: 12ma PST is 3 am EST for us in the usa east coast. EST is 3 hrs ahead of Bungie ( PST ) but at 3 am EST it will be 12 am PST.
Servers go live at 12 am PST on 9/9/2014, simple.

No he said We don't manage the PS Store. You should ask them. Whenever you gain access to Destiny on 9/9, you can play. Can't make it clearer than that, meaning if its the 9th and you have the game you can play no matter where that 9th is
