Sounds like your wanting a competitive FPS, an this is not that game. Never use Gears of War in the same line as Halo an Counter Strike, game is a joke an all those you listed besides Halo 2 have no real valid ranking system. Haven't played a game on consoles since Halo 2 that has had a decent ranking system, all just pointless numbers they put weapons behind to get you to come back day after day.
