that's kind of impossible seeing as how some places are so far ahead, or behind in time. when its 9/9 everywhere would mean the servers would have to go live a day before or a day after so its just a wait and see kind of thing. I could be wrong well actually now that I think about its a strong possibility that I'm wrong but eh I'm not worried about it.
