I've been working on this since yesterday. Deej replied to my earlier message that if it is midnight in your time zone, you can play Destiny. The issue is the digital version. PS claims 12 PST in their store, but I called to confirm and the respondent confirmed that "if it is midnight your time, you can play the digital". However, the person was initially confused and needed help from a manager before answering, so I'm not fully confident in his response. I hope Bungle can clear things up with Sony so they either confirm 12 PST or change the description on the store.
