I have a question! So lets say I am getting the game on the xbox one (ps4) and pre-ordered the ghost edition on the 360 (ps3) because it was the only one available. Will I be able to redeem the bonus content codes and have them on the one even though they come with the 360? Will codes be redeemable on bnet or if not how can I redeem the codes for use with my xbox one profile.

I think it will... I bought COD Ghosts for the 360 and got it later on the One. Some things I had to rebut cause they were skin packs, but I got the season pass and map packs for free. Did the same thing in AC4 Black Flag too.

Ergo, you can move from PlayStation to PlayStation and from Xbox to Xbox, but not across product lines.
