They are confused because the PSN stores for the different timezones are seperate so they wouldn't know off hand what times the other stores are set to unless you make a specific account for that region store you cannot check cos you only see the NA PSN on your account but on the APAC store our digital versions are counting down to 12.01 AEST not pdt Trust me I made a us acct to get MGS cheaper hehe
