Quick question. Sub-classes are what define your characters abilities (Striker/Defender/Etc). Deej mentioned that he would not spoil any more. However, he then says that we should explore the six classes we have and then get back to him. Did he mean sub-classes... or actual titan/hunter/warlock classes?

Their were six classes in the beta...do the math.

Edited by Vault Tec: 8/24/2014 2:00:18 AMThere is a distinct difference between class and sub-class. He said there were six "classes" in the full game. Read the wording.

Yeah but....I'm not the one misunderstanding.

"Squishie1984 Can you tell us about the possibility of another class/subclass? You have yet to maximize your first sub-class. We have yet to even let you try a second one. Ask us again once you have mastered the six classes that you’ll have access to in Destiny, and we’ll show what we learned while we watched you do it." Obviously, I am confused. Hence, why I am asking the question. It is probably just an oversight on DeeJ's part on word choice, there's no need to be an ass. I, too, am assuming we've only got the three classes to pick from. However, I wonder if he tipped his hand to future DLC. What better way to extend a game's life than to add more playable character classes?

I'm sure he was referring to the 6 sub-classes. As there were definitely only three classes in beta. Two for the Titan, two for the Hunter, and two for the Warlock.
