I know they said they aren't doing it, they could've put restrictions on it if they had done it so people who don't want to take the time to get certain gear wouldn't be able to trade for it. I for one would've liked the option to help out a buddy and give him some gear I don't want or need, and everything has a level specific to it, so if you aren't that level you wouldn't be able to get it anyway. Any fool with a little common sense would be able to tell that; I'm sorry for hurting your feelings.

Even if you could in game trade, it wouldn't include emblems any ways. Emblems are in game rewards for completing tasks. Playing in the beta, got you an emblem. It would be like if I got an emblem for completing the Raid, how could I give it to someone who hadn't beat the raid? I'm sorry if for some reason you have to make a new account and lose an emblem showing you participated in the beta. But don't you suppose all those emblems will be replaced within a week or even sooner after release? It will be ok, hang in there. Our journey to becoming legend is only a little over 2 weeks away!

A trading system and your beta rewards have nothing to do with one another.

Yes they do, I'd give my buddy my player emblems and he'd trade them right back to me when I log on with my new account.

Edited by SorrowW0lf: 8/23/2014 7:28:01 PMEmblems are in game ways to show your personal achievements. There is no way those would ever be tradeable. Have you ever been able to give a friend you achievements/trophies? Its the same thing, just a way to show it off in game.

Nameplates are separate from achievements, the rewards you get from the beta were two nameplates depending on how much you participated. You can buy nameplates in the market and from other in game retail sellers.

Yes you just made my point. Nameplates were Rewarded for participating in beta and making it to the moon. Now does it suck if you need to change your account, causing you to loose the recognition that you went to the moon? Yeah of course it does. And I feel sorry for you, but it will be ok.

Age or lack of age doesn't mean people aren't able to remain respectful. And you're right, it is rated teen. And there will be alot of kids in the game and on this forum. But need to try and not get upset if people question your age because how you post. Just don't reply to those that you feel are disrespectful to you. We can all get along and enjoy Destiny together.
