If we got the Vanguard edition will we be able to get them at the start of the game or will we have to be at a higher level?????

you get them as soon as you star when you visit the vanguard, and they are suppose to give you a head start from other, so yes they will be overpowered till you start getting rares, cause the vanguard armory are overpowered uncommons

if we are talking early vanguard access, if the trailer for it is to go by, no we won´t get them from the start, rather we can pick them up at level 5 (and then some more at level 10)
