I've commented on this topic several times but I suppose some of the newer people to this thread could hear my 2 cents as well.
If they were to allow trading it would ultimately lead to more than just laziness. It would open the door to gold/ glimmer farming companies. That may be a term unknown to non PC gamers. Those are online companies that will actually pay people, typically but not always Asian companies, to grind gear and glimmer. They then advertise to come to their site and pay "real money" for glimmer and or loot. You pay using some sort of PayPal or other online currency and they deliver the glimmer/ gear in game. It basically adds unauthorized micro transactions to the game. Which intern takes away from the epicness of truly EARNED gear. I know you want to reply, "well it can just be low level gear or whatnot." The level of gear doesn't make it any less a form of cheating in my opinion. And I would much rather money go to Bungie for dlc to help future dlc. We are getting close to release, hang in there. Good hunting Guardians!
