Thought we could have one, since more members of MBT are starting to play. You know how these things work.
For those that don't know or are interested, league of legends is a free online game where you fight in arenas on teams, trying to destroy the enemy base. Its that RTS-styled field of view, but your champion has skills. Its not an RPG, its not an RTS. Its fun. leagueoflegends.com
Posted by: DanTheMan8987 I've noticed one of our growing problems is we let games go on far too long. We don't push when we should and we just sit around till we have been playing for 50+ minutes, then one team fight determines the game. When we get 1-2 of them down, we need to take advantage and push towers and get baron etc.
Agreed. I've been having the same issue with solo queue in ranked. We'll get 3 of them down, then everyone clusters in mid lane like chickens with their heads cut off. If we have clear map advantage, we need to be making sure that: - Lanes are pushed. Don't overextend, but we shouldn't have a creep wave at our inner tower. They all need to be on the other side of the map, so when we get map advantage we can take towers. - Map objectives. If their team is down, it's a great time to pick up all the buffs, Baron, or Dargon. And we can't piddle around and decide to do it 5 seconds before they respawn. Someone pings an objective, it needs taken quickly. - This stems from the above comment, but we need to choose someone who is going to be our caller for objectives. When they say Dragon, everyone goes, no question. Same for Baron and lane pushing. While I think all 5 of us need to use smart judgment throughout the game, we need to choose one person as the leader while playing and listen to them when they say something. We waste advantages because we sit there for 30 seconds and argue about what our next move is.
